For being a little electronic device My Canon pixma ts3522 has worked 1 time after buying it a little over a year ago, yes i said 1 time. The hardest thing i worked on in years. Just today i been working 2 hours now. Over the last year 4 or 5 times but im down now its going in trash, just more money i lost from bad products

downloaded drives and printed test page. it looked good and said printer was ready. wanted to print a page and it won’t print anything.
This is definitely not a plug and play device. I have owned it for nearly a year and in spite of trying to connect it wirelessly I can only print with a USB connection and even then with frequent difficulty.
Purchased the Pixma TS3522. Had all sorts of problems and had to call support several times…was printing the wrong size, was refusing to scan saying I didn’t have authorization, and now I just replaced both cartridges with new Canon ones and now it only prints a 1/4″ thin grey vertical line down the left side of the paper. Canon support is closed. I went to the chat site and it took all sorts of information from me, then refused to communicate with me unless I paid them $1 and gave them my credit card information. This product and company has turned into pure junk and should be put out of business…they can’t charge for warranty repair and know they are putting out an inferior product and they have no intention of dealing with customers, they are just trying to sell new printers. I’m taking them to small claims court.
