I have just bought a Canon printer MF654Cdw. I am very disappointed in your Co. There were only VERY POOR setup instructions included. And absolutely NO USER instructions. I have always received User instructions with any other printer I have purchased. I have tried to scan a multi-page document, while it did scan (to my computer) it made each page a separate document. Which I am unable to print. I have also had trouble printing pages for quilt patterns. I have paged thru the screens and can find no usable instructions. I have always felt and that a User Manual is part of what I have purchased. I feel that you owe me a printed user manual, as it should have been included in the box with the printer.
