    by solving this problem (5b02), everything went smooth, yet, when using the reset tool, after pressing “set” button, it show Error 002..

    The reset cannot be done, the printer works not.

  9. Tool doesn’t look like this. Everything I try comes up with “not responding”. Tool is useless. Have to buy a new printer What a nuisance.
