Very difficult to get any help to print photos 8×10 inches on my ts3420 printer, It only prints small size 2×3 inches. I get error msg printer not set up to perform this action – no solution yet will print a photo in small size. Was on chat service but it failed. Your websites goes in circles – very confusing!
All I want is to print a 8×10 photo and this does not do that!
the size of print is set from the document app, or printing setting windows, please pay attention to what setting you set before.
I am a new customer and I need to know how to print multiple copies. I am presently working on a project and I need an answer Asap.

This is the second Canon I have used, they work great for a while and then come up saying “printer not responding” I have tried everything to correct and to no avail.
make sure the cable that is connected is working, and did you try to use the printer from another computer?
