Printing, scanning, copying or faxing is very fast and thanks to the 6.2 cm TFT color display of the Canon MAXIFY MB2120 it is also very easy. Automatic two-sided printing and support for a wide range of print media – from plain A4 paper to envelopes and photo paper to double-sided ID card copying – make it easy to handle all common office print jobs. With its large 250-sheet paper tray and an automatic document feeder for up to 50 sheets, the printer offers a generous paper capacity. Thanks to marker- and abrasion-resistant DRHD inks, they deliver high-quality prints with vivid colors and crisp text. The printer prints A4 documents at up to 19/13 ISO pages per minute (mono/colour) with the first page (FPOT) being in the output tray in just around 6 seconds. The black ink allows you to print up to 1,200 ISO pages and the color inks up to 900 pages – so they work to change the ink has to be interrupted less often. The optionally available multi-pack with four colors makes printing even more cost-efficient. Google Cloud Print, Apple AirPrint (iOS), Mopria and the Canon PRINT app are all supported. This Canon MAXIFY MB2120 multifunction system also supports printing from the cloud and scanning directly into the most common cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Evernote, OneNote, OneDrive and Concur. A mobile device can be connected directly to the multifunction system via the access point mode – a WLAN network is not required for this. IP address filtering can be used to restrict the circle of those who can access the multifunction system.

Installation procedure on Windows: The printer requires the Canon MAXIFY MB2120 Driver and software files. Download the driver and connect the USB cable from the printer to your computer. Then follow the instructions on how to install the printer driver in the installation window.
Installation procedure on macOS: Download the file and mount the disk image (if available). When you open the installer file in the folder, the installation will start automatically. When you’re done, connect your printer and you’re ready to use your Canon MAXIFY MB2120 printer.
