With the Canon PIXMA TR7021, Canon offers a multifunction printer with a network function. Although the device is one of the cheaper models, it convinces with rock-solid equipment. If you are looking for an inkjet printer that combines several functions in one device, this printer is a good choice. Paper in B5, A5 and A4 formats can be used for printing. The paper tray offers space for up to 235 pages. If required, the printer can also print on both sides of paper – even automatically thanks to the duplex function. You don’t have to turn the sheets manually. The print speed is 13 pages/min in black and white and 7 pages/min for colour print jobs. That’s not exactly fast in comparison. This model can be connected to other devices via LAN, USB or WLAN and establish a connection to your home network. For wireless connections, it uses the WLAN standards IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g or IEEE 802.11n, with the latter above guaranteeing fast data transmission. All WLAN standards can be encrypted with WPA or WPA2. Wireless printing via smartphone or tablet is also possible with the Canon PIXMA TR7021. It supports mobile technologies such as Apple AirPrint.
